The Forgotten Kitten Who Became a Library Mascot

Oliver was discovered near a bookstore, weak and hungry. The librarian, Ms. Clara, took him in. She fed him warm milk, wrapped him in a scarf, and brought him to the shelter, later returning to adopt him.

Oliver grew into a gentle ginger cat who loved sitting between bookshelves. Soon, children visiting the library became excited to find Oliver napping on storybooks or swishing his tail near reading corners. Ms. Clara introduced “Story Time with Oliver,” where kids read aloud while Oliver sat beside them. His calm presence made shy children confident.

Reading sessions became popular. Parents loved it, and the library saw more members joining weekly. Oliver became the mascot everyone adored. Shelves once quiet now echoed with laughter and turning pages.

A stray kitten turned into a symbol of knowledge, joy, and childhood memories. Oliver didn’t just find a home—he built a community of happy readers.
